Publicis Groupe wins pitch Police

Challenges in the current labor market serve as an important spearhead for the collaboration

Publicis Groupe has been appointed to roll out the labor market communication strategy together with the Dutch Police. With this collaboration, both parties aim for innovative recruitment campaigns and a further strengthening of the position of the police on the labor market. After an intensive tender process, Publicis Groupe won with the maximum possible number of points.

Roy Bonenberg, quartermaster Recruitment at the police, is looking forward to start working. “With the current tight labor market, recruiting new employees has become a significant challenge. Not only for the well-known function of police officer on the street, but also for all kinds of other functions. Distinctive labor market communication is of great importance in this respect. Together with Publicis Groupe, we are happy to take up this challenge and we strive for innovative recruitment campaigns and further strengthening of our employer brand.”

“Winning this pitch shows that we have the right people and expertise to tackle complex labor market communication issues. The combination of data, strategy, and creation results in an integrated approach. The police is a wonderful brand to work for, with great social importance, we are very much looking forward to contributing to this,” says Jacco ter Schegget, CEO Publicis Groupe Benelux.
