Publicis Groupe wins the pitch process from energy company Eneco for the Netherlands and Belgium.
Energy company Eneco chooses Publicis Groupe as lead agency for the Netherlands and Belgium after a pitch process. The two parties tell Adformatie. Publicis Groupe will help Eneco with strategy, campaigns and communications. Eneco has the ambition to accelerate the energy transition (‘climate neutral in 2035’) and therefore last year updated its brand positioning and launched a pitch process for a new agency. Ivonne Boumeester of 3MO provided that pitch guidance.
Eneco is active in various fields, including B2C, B2B and corporate. Publicis Groupe was tasked with the strategy, creation and rollout of Eneco’s communication tools. Tamara van Dalen, Chapter Lead marketing communications at Eneco, is confident. ‘We were looking for a lead agency that brings together strategy, data and creation to break through the sustainability clutter and activate our target audience.
